The R2 D2 Projector's main function is projecting your DVD's in a range of up to 80 inches on any wall. You can also tilt the R2D2 Unit to show your DVD Movie on the ceiling.

The Star Wars Collectible Functional Item illuminates a brightness of 1200l ANSI lumens with a contrast ratio of 500:1, The projection distance ranges from 4.9-16.4 feet depending on the size of Image you prefer.

With the Millennium Falcon doubling as the remote you can control all functions like a normal DVD player. Fast Forward, Pause, Rewind, Skip etc.

The Falcon remote not only acts as the control of the DVD functions of the projector but also a a radio remote control to move your R2 unit across floor.

With the radio controlled remote you can maneuver R2D2 in any direction: forward, reverse, right, left as well as pivot turns. The R2 Unit also makes it signature noises and sounds as you move him around on any surface.

The DVD player of the R2D2 projector which is located in the front belly section is compatible for DVDs, DVD-R/RW, Video CD, SVCD, Audio CD, MP3, MP4 and WMA, and is equipped to deliver DTS and Dolby Digital 5.1.

R2's front panel opens for the use as an Ipod docking station, which supports iPod Nano, Mini, photo, 30G and 60G Video.

R2 will project digital images on a wall surface with it's multi-memory card slot, The card area supports SD, MMC, MS, Smart Media and USB.

The bottom of the Robot houses the speaker system that is 10W x2/Total 20 watts stereo or surround sound.

The Rear of the R2D2 unit has all the audio and video hook up nodes that allow hook up of audio and video via its two rows of RCA sockets, S-Video in, computer in, and optical audio out.
