    I can just imagine putting my child out in the rain in Scotland!! freeeeezing! Great ideas though and made me and my daughter smile

    Great ideas for when it's raining. Of course you don't want them outside when it's coming down like a monsoon, but even then it's fun to stand on the porch and watch the waterfalls cascading down. I think it's one of the best things you can do, to teach your children how to enjoy the rain. 5***** for a really good lens.

    What fun ideas! I've never minded being out the rain. (It's just when there's thunder and lightning that I don't enjoy it). Some of my best days on the Appalachian Trail were when I was soaked to the skin.

    Oh my gosh!! I LOVE rainy days! So much so that I collect umbrellas! I'm in college and I've been known to study outside in the rain or CUT CLASS when it's raining to stay outside and play!! That reminds me, can anyone suggest a way to manage an umbrella and a textbook at the same time?

    We love the RAIN! LOL - we count the toads too! You have some really great ideas here, I'm favoriting this so I can find you again. Now - just to run off and do a rain dance so the kiddos and I can play.
