Why is Search Engine Optimization Important?
So you heard that if you built a web page and put it on the internet people would just surf to your website and you would be on your way to easy street, right? Let me guess, it didn't turnout that way. I found that out the hard way too. You have a choice, either learn how to change the results or continue to struggle and complain.
SEO is the life blood for most websites. If you do not have a budget to advertise with traditional off-line forms of media; your website is like the ice-cream parlor that was set-up in the middle of the Sahara Desert. You may have the best products and information in the world, it may be the best price and quality; it may even be in the best location (server) but if nobody knows you are there and doesn't know how to find you or in some cases why they need your product, you just won't get the foot traffic.
