Old Prices are Back!

Most of you who find this page are probably already familiar with Ennis. I am sure that you may own property here or may be wanting to buy something. The news is good for buyers! Prices have adjusted down, inventory is up, selection is great and interest rates are still unprecedented.

If you are looking for a really great buy on bare land, MLS#169621 is for you! This 6.62 acre lot is level and close to power. 360 degree views all around you too. Owning this lot gives you private access to Haypress Lakes for great fishing and hunting. Varney Bridge fishing access is only 10 minutes away. This is definately a lot to check into.

Looking for live water? I have another lot in the same area as the above lot. MLS#165140. This lot has Wigwam Creek on the southern border. It has power to the lot and amazing views. This would be a great property if you have horses or just like the sound of water flowing by.

How about 20 acres bordering the Lee Metcalf Wilderness? 20 acres with direct access to the wilderness. The seller will put in a well for the new owner at his cost (he is a well driller). MLS#165014. Price Reduced to $140,000. Seller would also look at selling off 10 acres.

Have a lovely week. Just saw that Tahoe is getting over 2 feet of snow. And I see a few flakes out the window. Maybe our snow pack will plump up here.
