A Real Realtor

What would you do if you went to you Barber or Hairstylist and they handed you the scissors? If you went to your mechanic for a brake job and he handed you the brakes and said let me know when your done? You would look at them like they lost there mind, wouldn't you that's just unheard of. So why do so many Home Buyers and Sellers do things like ride around for hours by themselves looking for suitable homes or ask an agent to show them a property when they supposedly have an agent working with them. I've know of Sellers that pick up homes magazine get Realtors email addresses and phone numbers contact agents and give a description of there home and ask if they are working with anyone that may be interested. Guess what these people did have there home listed with a Realtor. What it all comes down to is this you don't have to settle for substandard service. This could cost thousand, because if they half step on these things they more than likely will do the same with negotiations.

Years back when I was shopping for a home I came across some agents that didn't want to work for there commission, and once I found out what they were about I dismissed them immediately. I had one agent that wouldn't show me any homes but said she would give me some of her business cards and if I saw something that was for sale and I liked it to make sure I gave the listing agent her card.

It's more to being a Realtor than just passing a test and getting your license. Real Estate is my passion. I believe in providing exceptional service. I make sure that my clients are well informed. That's what I don't understand there are a lot of good Realtors out there. The purchase or sale of your home is one the most import transactions you will every make you shouldn't trust it to just anyone.
