Get the Most from Your Real Estate Website
I recently considered moving to another state to be closer to family. My first consideration was to go to the Internet to preview what real estate was available in that state. I found a home that I was interested in and sent an inquiry to the real estate office who's site I had been visiting. I shared all of my contact information, including my phone number.
I never heard from any realtor from that office.
I was shocked.
Maybe there was a glitch in the system and my information was lost in cyber-space.
However, more likely was that my lead was probably received and never followed up on.
Many of the larger real estate offices have tools associated with the admin section of their website so that each realtor in the office can follow up using tools such as autorespondors immediately connect with the website visitor.
Having coached with a few realtors, I have heard first hand that many do not yet understand how important these tools are to the growth of their business.

- In 50 words or less - the one thing someone needs to know about your zip code.

You can go back later to edit things that you don't like or want to change. The answers to these questions will inform your lens visitors and help them to be better acquainted with you and your town.
