Propellerhead Reason

Ranked #9,118 in Computers & Electronics, #184,943 overall

Reason, music-software of Propellerhead, is an unique way to compose and arrange music. It's excellent sound, low CPU usage and streamlined GUI makes Reason a favorite tool among many modern artists and producers.

This Squidoo-lens was created by Marco Raaphorst. Marco is one of the main sound designers of Reason. Do check out the website of Marco's soulful company Melodiefabriek for more information about his work as a sound designer and a composer.

I tried it once. I really like the fact that you can virtually switch the cables/signal flow. However, I hate how it doesn't have recording :( I'd recommend better quality hardware using audacity even. I'm no expert though

I've once played around with this software and must say its the best I've ever seen in its kind! Instead of buying new hardware for my studio this is now on top of my list!
