I've been using Thinkhost for my websites for over a year now, and I've never had any problems with them. I never noticed any downtime on my websites while hosting with them. Unlike companies like Lunarpages, where it seemed like my sites often times 'just wouldn't load' early in the morning. All of my sites run at an extremely fast paced, and this is all on a small 'shared' hosting plan. When I did have questions on some of the services that Thinkhost provided, they were able to answer my questions almost immediately. In fact, it has always been a matter of minutes after I asking a question, that it was answered.
Not only am I extremely happy with there service and reliability, but their rates are great!
