Often when a construction contractor views the matter in the light of answering their problems when estimating a remodel this is a big mistake.
Instead replace this mindset with Confidence!
Replace this potential deadly fear of objections, and instead sell success and the quality work you do when meeting a client and estimating a remodel or construction job. When you replace answering objections with selling quality skills this will bring success.
You should not have to twist any arms to find success and get construction remodeling work. We perhaps lean to the opposite extreme when estimating our remodeling quotes to where we do miss out on work because we do not apply basic needed sales tactics of asking for the work. Does your construction company need work?
Follow up quickly but not too quickly for your Success! :-).
We miss out on work do not misunderstand me. Often this is because we over do not wanting to pressure people. We forget to take the initiative to follow up RIGHT AWAY! You have worked hard on estimating the remodeling or construction project! Follow up and ASK them what it would take to work with them.
We sincerely hope this information may have the desired effect and reach those who are needing it. Pass on the word and send our link to builder and remodeler friends. Our Goal is to help younger remodelers and builders have the information readily available and learn things we learned the hard way. In helping others hopefully we also will have a data base of information readily available for our research.
