You also do not need a gym or home equipment to use the course (although this is recommended) so you are free to start the program right away regardless of your current exercise situation.
The book itself starts off with various information about the belly and midsection, what you can expect to achieve and how long. He then proceeds to tell you which "typical" exercises are good and which ones are a waste of time. After that the rest of the book is filled with a training/easting plan to get you on your way.
Now you COULD ignore this information, or you COULD buy the latest and greatest video or abdominal machine and see no results...OR you could do it the right way and get the six pack abs that you have always wanted. If you are serious about results you would read every word and apply the information daily. There is no way you can fail.
At 120 pages the book is well priced and well worth a read, and more importantly worth applying. Not only will you develop strong abdominals your whole body will benefit.
