Reporting Services was founded in 1976 when Debbie Resling left the courthouse to begin an independent reporting services business in Colorado Springs. At that time, there was only one other freelance firm in Colorado Springs. Over the years, we've reported an estimated billion words and have offered the latest technologies. Resling has grown, but our commitment to offer solid, quality service has not wavered. We have worked hard to maintain our reputation of reliable, prompt and accurate reporting, while maintaining our small town approach to courteous, friendly service. We are big enough to offer a very complete line of services, but small enough to treat each and every job with a personal touch. We have kept up with the advances in technology and offer everything from real-time reporting and electronic transcripts to video synchronization and video conferencing.In July of 2004 after 18 years as the sole owner, Debbie welcomed two new active investors, Alan and Pat Lofthus. Alan and Pat bring a wealth of business and marketing experience to the firm. Alan has added in-house videography and videoconferencing capability and a background in computer technology. Pat has upgraded and modernized our accounting and delivery systems. Judy Coyne, our friendly, professional, and efficient office manager, has provided unparalleled responsiveness to our clients since 1993.

Resling has recently installed state-of-the-art equipment at our 18 East Fountain office to ensure that your videoconference is a positive, painless and efficient experience. We will take care of arranging and scheduling our videoconferencing room, scheduling the reporter and finding the room at the other end to ensure that the call comes off flawlessly.
Videoconferencing allows attorneys, business people, and educators to plan and attend "face to face" meetings with colleagues, deponents, students and customers without the expense, time and stress of out-of-town travel. Call Resling Reporting to schedule a videoconference.
Resling has installed high speed ISDN capability and purchased the latest market leader hardware from Polycom (the VSX 7000S system) and a 32 inch NTSC monitor to ensure that your electronic meeting fulfills your needs and expectations. Our conference room will seat up to six attendees comfortably. You can also leave the meeting with a videotape original of the entire proceedings. For legal depositions, our top-notch court reporters are available to capture the official transcript.
