One option that you can try which is free is use Google (and other search sites like Yahoo, MSN) to pull up any info it can find on the cellular number...
Just go to Google.com, type in the phone number into the search box (see examples below), and press search...

And so on. Don't forget to include the quotation marks around the phone number. This is important as this restricts the search to only number you are looking for.
If Google doesn't work repeat the process at Yahoo and MSN.
And if that doesn't work...
