Ringworms Treatment

I'm making this page about Ringworms Treatment because... It's estimated that twenty-four million people (in America alone) will experience ringworm, with symptoms that include; round, ring shaped patches on the body, head or feet!

Ringworm

What is it?

Ringworm is a skin infection, characterized by a red or brownish raised or bumpy patch of skin that may be lighter in the center, giving the appearance of a "ring." Ringworm can occur anywhere on the body. Depending on its location, it is also known as "athlete's foot" when on the feet, or "jock itch" when on the groin area, or when on the body, it is usually referred to as ringworm, Contrary to its name, ringworm is not caused by a worm but by parasitic fungi.

Ringworms: this is what they look like

I would highly advise against ever contracting it. Got it from my then brand-new pound kitten.

Ringworm Story

This week, I have noticed a surprising increase in the number of people who approach me to ask "What happened to your face?" In the past, this question has been meant as some kind of insult, and it usually only pops up about once a week - typically Thursdays - when my enemies start feeling particularly wily. But this week%u2026baby, this week, it's non-stop face-questioning action. I'm talking everybody from professors to presidents, students to Student Life workers, ladies and lords alike - everybody you can imagine is asking, insisting, demanding to know - what happened to my face?
