For anyone starting out on court rivals

Please read this basic guide

Training Credits - Are given each day, you use these to work out in the gym.every time you train a attribute you lose one training credit. if you Train a attribute as accelerated training you lose 3 attributes but it takes 33% less time to train.Same for intense training except you lose 6 points and it takes 66% less time to train. So this is basic when you train you can log off and come on in a couple hours and it will still train. You do not have to be logged on while your training, but you have to log in and train.

Joining teams - You only play in games if you join a team, so if you want to join a team you simply go to forums and find someone willing to take you.
when i joined me and my friend made are own team. you have the option of making you own team its absolutely free.

Some other cool features is the awards section your player is given awards throughout his career based on his statistics. There is a statistics scoreboard shows your numbers per a game on the board. (located at the gym)
Also a career statistic scoreboard. So come check it out It's lots of fun!

"How to Play Synopsis

"Court Rivals is a browser based game. The objective of the game is to have your team win the league championship. You can accomplish this by assembling a team of 10 players and having each member of your team train his or her attributes.

The amount you can train daily is limited by the number of training credits you have. Every day at midnight ET, you receive a fresh set of training credits with which you can train.

Every night at 10 PM ET, if you are on a team then you will play in a simulated game. A box score will be generated for the simulated game so that you can login after the game and determine how your player did.

There is a full tutorial for Court Rivals that is automatically displayed when you first create an account and login to the game. If you are unsure of the details regarding how to play, then please follow the tutorial."
