What does it take to have your name echo through cyber space? What do you need to do to achieve the title of 'Scamster'? How many people do you need to cheat for the word to get around? The credit for achieving all of the above goes to Robert G Allen - the Real Estate Scam Guru.

How low down dirty does one have to play to rip off a little old lady? Well, that is exactly what Robert G Allen did. He sold her a loft which still isn't hers. She can't afford to take him to court. So her money went down the proverbial drain.

Another potential victim of the Robert G Allen Scam got away by the skin of his teeth. As with many scams, he received an email saying he had been selected for a group who would be trained by Robert G Allen to do well in real estate investing. This poor guy whose career was down in the dumps, got very excited about the opportunity and spent money buying a few books written by the Real Estate Scam Guru prior to meeting him.

To make a long story short - he never did meet him, was called to 'the guru's' office and was told by Allen's underlings that he would have to pay to be mentored.

Robert G Allen did not even spare Australia.

* He ostensibly visited Australia to 'conduct' a seminar called the 'One Minute Millionaire'.

* By 'conduct' it meant to scam Aussies in to paying $5000 each to attend the seminar.

* He promised to reveal 'the most exciting opportunity of the century' and to 'create 1000 millionaires down under'.

* He took their money and vanished!

* He talks.

* He trains.

* He even sheds tears during his seminars.

* He relieves you of your money.

* He then takes off for greener pastures.

* He has cheated thousands of people with his 'Get rich quick seminars'.

* He has promised to teach people to invest and make money through land deals.

* His only advice is to cash in on distress sales and take advantage of foreclosures.

Robert G Allen has not been known to make any one richer. Except for himself. He does not even attend his own seminars. His presence is through a video presentation. But the money that is taken is very real. And the returns are non-existent.

Robert G Allen's mentor program, Professional Mentoring Group, promote his seminars.

They make people sign up with promises of a 'free' seminar.

* They offer the services of a consultant to mentor them.

* They then hit them with a bill for a fat amount.

* They then intimidate them to pay up.

* Their victims have been known to complain to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for justice.

It's only a matter of time before Robert G Allen finds new victims... Beware of this scammer!
