I am a big fan of Robin Swoboda so I decided to create a lens about her and "The Robin Swoboda Show"
Robin Swoboda is a Cleveland Icon. As co-anchor of the Channel 8 News with Tim Taylor and Dick Goddard she became one of Cleveland's most recognized faces. Robin has also co-hosted national programs "InSport" with Ahmad Rashad and "Cover to Cover" with Gayle King. She was also co-host of "The Morning Exchange". She left the public spotlight in 2000 to spend more time with her family. She then returned to the limelight as a radio host for 95.5 The Fish and currently as host of "The Robin Swoboda Show" (formerly "That's Life") on WJW Channel 8. - Robin, I am watching your show at this very moment. I listened to your views during the segment on smoking. I agreed with you on most of your opinions BUT, your statement about having the government ban smoking is absurd. Maybe the governmnet should ban hair dye, then what woild you do? (many chemicals in hair dye) Maybe the government should ban fast food places, they are hazerdous to health.
Well.... you are entitled to your opinions but an opinion such as that could, in the long run, have some of your viewers changing channels. I am sure, believe it or not, that smokers watch your show too, at least up to today..

Love your energy in the show and the local store that you visit.
You have to check out the Lake Erie Artist Galley in Tower city !!! What a nice store. The place is
filled with local artist work and it's nice to find items that are made in the go old U.S.A.

We love your show and watch it whenever we can! PLEASE don't have the two comedians on in place of you again. They were very hard to watch and wouldn't let anyone else speak. I watched in horror at how they hosted!!! Best of luck in the future!
