Rocket French For Free

Did you know Rocket Languages (they make Rocket French) actually offers a free 6-day French Course, the content for which is taken from Rocket French? It contains full lessons too! It gives you a really good idea of what Rocket French contains.

The Rocket French Community is also a great place to check out because there you can see that the author of the course actually answers questions! And lots of them! Seeing that really surprised me, especially seeing that her latest posts were from just a few days from the time I looked.

The course content is really fun, so you should totally check it out. You don't even have to give any billing information, just an email address.

I might as well start with what NOT to do. Don't download Rocket French illegally! Although this method may seem cost-effective, when you consider the risks you take, is it really worth it? Take a look at this article: The Risks of Piracy. This sentence struck me the most:

"In essence, with pirated products, you risk wiping out your computer. You could lose everything - your class papers, your thesis, your music, photos, e-mail and other valuable data."

Still, your passion for learning French is admirable, which is why you should try the free course!

There's another way to get Rocket French for free, which is to become an affiliate with Rocket Languages. They have an awesome affiliate program, and you get paid well for your efforts in telling others about Rocket French. When you become an affiliate, you can get a free review copy (you can't share it with anyone, but you can sure use it!). I was a bit skeptical of this, but they really do it! It really says something about the company.

To sign up for it, you first need to sign up for Clickbank. Then go to the Rocket Languages Affiliate Sign-up Form.

There is one more way, which you can read about on the Rocket French Home Page - that is to find a product that is better. There are some criteria it has to meet, though, but if you find it, they say they'll give you a free copy. I've found them to be pretty straight, so I'm sure they'll honor (or honour, as they'd say) their deal.

The free 6-Day French Course by Rocket Languages actually contains way more than 6 lessons! I think you could probably learn a decent amount of French from it. You should give it a try since you've read this far.
