Hello: Hola. Pronounced "oh-la". This is the most common Spanish greeting.
How are you? (Formal/Informal): Cómo está usted? Pronounced "koh-mo ehsta oo-sted". This greeting is used in formal situations. /Cómo estás? This greeting is used between friends and family members.
