Roma tomatoes are excellent for sause and for paste
Roma tomatoes are great for paste and sauces, one great things about tomatoes is that you can just pour in a variety to make a great ;sauce
Plant the Roma seed about 1/4 inch deep, water and put in a sunny warm area.; In about 7-10 days the seedling will emerge.; As with all tender plants acclimate the plants to the outside over a week period before you plant them in the garden.; Plant each seedling about 14 inches apart, although the Roma is a determinate variety (meaning you only harvest once) in about 75 days you will have a large crop.; I use the Mittleider nutrients and have great success.
Roma tomatoes are an excellent all around paste tomato but can also be sliced for salads or make some tomato soup out of Roma tomatoes;

- Good to know. I recently made my first home made batch of spaghetti sauce, and it was very good. I will be sure to look for roma tomatoes the next time I make some.
