- @JoshSPeters Without full photo recognition, not really. All that has to happen would be reencoding of the image, or changing it slightly.

- @adamcw There has to be an easy way to ban certain over used images that isn't too intensive isn't there?

- @JoshSPeters Even the suggestion I just made is easy to fool and error prone. Still not a great solution. Doesn't hit the cost/benefit ratio

- @JoshSPeters Image recognition is pretty cpu intensive. A checksum could stop identical images. This would not help the load problems...
