SEO Tips & Tricks
SEO is the future of marketing. right now as you sit here and read this, people are working on their sites. Most webmaster's are SEO's as well. Their are many factors which improve your site rank is Search Engines such as google, yahoo, and msn. Search Engine Optimization is one a career which you will not learn about in college. Most webmaster's learn about this on their own or from someone else. You will be able to find many tips on SEO here. Over the days, i will provide you with great amounts of content which you will probably not be able to take in at once.
7 SEO Tips
1. Content is King (That is why its #1 on the list !!)Always add fresh content. Search engine bots will constantly visit your site when you have fresh content, that is a good thing ;) .
2. Submit to directories, to as many as you can
3. Get plenty of backlinks, but not too fast! take your time with getting them.
4. Before you get started with your site, do some keyword research on what you should use and what would you be able to succeed in best. I personally use DigitalPoint's Keword Suggestion Tool .
5. Be sure to include Meta Tags on your site as well.
6. I personally have installed Google Analytics on all of my sites because it is very useful and helps me see where my traffic is coming from, from what country, if my traffic is increasing or deacreasing, and much more.
7. Try using new methods that nobody has told you about but you got in your head. Its not bad to be a pioneer.
