Identifying Helpful SEO Tips & Sites of Value
You will find easy, simple SEO and SEM tips and resources here which should help make increased internet traffic a lot easier for you. You can also leave tips of your own and where applicable, links to your site if it supplies an internet traffic or SEO/SEM service. I just do what I can and I do make errors but never twice!

Increased Internet Traffic
Do we really just write content and see significant success?
In short...no!You perhaps already know that is just cheap talk. At the risk of saying some things you already know, and some which will seem apparent. If you just pick-up one thing you're ahead...right? I've created a small principle list for you to glean.
1. Purpose - You'll get lost and distracted if you don't have a purpose. So think about it before you jump in. Jot down a few ideas, loves (no hates), interests and things you enjoy doing. That will help make the decision. I've seen so many start something and change half way through (including me).
2. Research - Not OTT (over the top) just enough to see a platform where you can start and grow from there.
3. Monetize - if you are going to make a commercial site, make sure there are products and services and affiliate programs selling in that arena. Perhaps you could compile or create your own. If there is little, then you'll need to research again.
4. Keyword and Theme Research - You'll need to know what words are right and simple tools are not always that accurate - so beware with this! LSI (latent semantic indexing) is as important as your theme, be it blog or site.
4. Start a blueprint of how your site will look and feel.
5. Prepare guidelines for your optimization (on-page and off-page. You should include Squidoo in that plan by the way.
5. Start construction and learn by your mistakes because they will happen, just don't let them happen twice!

- PPC traffic works, but there are some serious pitfalls lurking there which will drain your wallet real fast if you're not careful. With SEO the worst that will happen is that no one visits your site.
When it goes right you'll get a ton of traffic for little more effort than developing a PPC campaign.

- If you can get SEO in line, everything else is much easier and adds on to that effort. I definitely agree with the planning approach. Too many people try to go get 10 high-traffic keywords. They usually fail to get the keywords and they haven't even thought whether the keywords even convert. Great lense with quick tips to get started.

- So many people fail to do their SEO homework and wind up paying out a good chunk of their profits on PPC. If they spent just a little time on SEO they would get free traffic - and you can't get any better than free targeted traffic from the search engines.
