Easy Ways to make money (lindens) in Second Life
Easy Ways to make money (lindens) in Second Life
Tons of cash in Second Life is up for the taking.
These methods are in no particular order.
1. Have you heard of the SL Boutique? You need to have land (I used a rental property) to sell stuff on SL Boutique. I started selling scanned art from various books in my collection. This worked well. I later scripted a chat relay security device (this is very simple to do) that would listen and email you conversations that were going on where ever the device was installed. This made me even more money.
2. If you play Second Life, then I am sure you have seen a Hippie Pay machine. They are littered all over the place. Hippie Pay headquarters can be found in Scandium. They are an easy way for a newbie to make his/her first initial linden dollars. But with cookies and IP logging, you can only do each survey once, right? Wrong! All you need are multiple Second Life accounts and a non-static IP, meaning you are assigned a new IP address everytime you reconnect to your internet provider (this is most common). Then you will need street addresses and (at least) the correct area code for the phone numbers to the addresses. Hippie Pay will only work if you use an actual address. You can't just make one up! How you go about getting the "Browns' residence" address in "New York" is pretty easy with the internet at your fingertips. Now with all that in place, I will explain:
Log in to Second Life and go to a Hippie Pay machine. Then, do all the surveys you can and watch the cash come in. Then transfer the money to your main character and log out. Reconnect to the internet (this will assign you a new IP address) and repeat the above process using a different account. Make sure you save your logins to your accounts as you can use them again after about 30 days. I would estimate you could make about $20/hour doing this manually.
3. Lastly, I have seen this done many times at poker tables and I would not recommend doing this because you will get banned from Second Life if you are caught (it is just plain stealing). Many people still do this and never get caught, but it only takes one person to report you.
You need to find a machine or something that you can pay directly, like a tip jar, a vending machine, etc. Make an invisible prim/object that is about the size of the object you are attacking. Then wear/hold the invisible prim. Now that you are wearing the prim, it becomes a part of you (meaing someone can click on it and select "pay" and they will be paying YOU). If the invisible object you are holding/wearing covers an entire vending machine (or poker table as I have seen), a person will be paying YOU and NOT the machine. Most people will not look at the name of what, or who they are paying and carelessly pay you instead.
Do you think Second Life LindeX data is inflated by the makers?
I find it funny how since gambling has become banned in Second Life, it seemed to have no impact on the LindeX.
Casino owners were making thousand a month and instantly had to shut down, but the LindeX remained consistent.
Great stuff to check out!
