GET POWERED BABY!
* Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, especially organic, when possible
* Eat more whole grains like, wheat, oats, barley, millet, rice, rye, or flax meal.
* Don't eat white bread and products made with it (especially refined flour)
* Eat sprouted grain bread products such as Ezekiel Bread, Manna Bread and whole grain tortillas
* Use a little organic flax seed meal in baking, in blender drinks and sprinkled on salads or cereal
* Eliminate simple sugar, avoid it at all costs. Use raw sweeteners such as raw honey, molasses, and agave nectar but in moderation
* Eat more beneficial fats like oils - olive oil, flaxseed oil, safflower, canola, sunflower, and avocado oil that are high in mono-saturated fats and Omega fatty acids
* Eat nuts especially almonds and walnuts - high in healthy fats and antioxidants
