    I watched him play this afternoon in Melbourne, and everyone stood to applaud him to the wicket. We all wanted to see this very best of cricketers reach his his 100th international 100 but he was bowled for 73! A second disappointment for him.

    "If Cricket is a religion, Sachin is GOD" is what we used to say, but I think Sachin himself is a religion, coz I can't think of any religion in our country that has more public following than "Sachin Tendulkar"

    Sachin is the greatest batsman that lived to-date in terms of his cricket prowess. I used to watch a lot of cricket when I was in Goa, India with my siblings and cousins and I still remember some of the matches where Sachin as a teenager demolished bowlers to score amazingly. He keeps shining and congrats on his 17,000 runs so far. Great information on this lens! :)

    Sachin is the God, King, legend, master, scientist of cricket. Than all these he's "Evergreat batsman". Nobody can come parallel to him. He proved age is not a problem for a player. It is the interest of Sachin to play cricket which is leading him. It's wonderful his performance in this age also.
    We can't explain Sachin in words. A book is also not enough to write abt The Maestro.

    He really is an exteremely good batsman in indian team..he proves his capability everytime whenever he has been examied...his recent performance in ipl matches shows that he is great batsman even 20-20 format..also he proves his talent as a captain..i salute this great player..hope he will be there in indian team for longer period of time...i really miss him in the recent 20-20 world cup...

    Great compilation...when I was in India, I was so into Cricket. But for the past decade or so, I've been out of touch, so it was great to see this lens. I remember the young Sachin when I was in Goa and we (family and friends) used to watch cricket matches.

    Good work on this one! Sachin is definitely the best, if not, one of them!

    Great source of information on Sachin. This lens inspired me to create my own lens. Though I'm a huge fan of Sachin, I'm a bigger admirer of Virender Sehwag.     "Converting stones thrown at you in to Milestones", a famous quote by Sachin in his interview given after breaking Lara's record... What a phenomenal speech...! He has shown his feelings about the criticism in a positive and humble manner..! This down to the earth way of living has certainly played a major role for him to achieve more and more..!
    Such A Calm Hero, Iconic Napoleon - Sachin....
    May be he is short in physic, but taller than anyone in terms of determination, commitment and hard work with tons of patience...
    He never give any negative comments about anyone including his criticizers...!
    Another strange thing I have noticed about him is, he is showing more interest to run for his partner too, whoever is at the crease with him...!
    Like this I can write more and more, but time and this page is not enough...
    Surely, the world is not enough to tell about my Living Legend...!

    Great lens!! My husband's family is from Amritsar, but he knows NOTHING about Cricket! It makes me crazy trying to watch with him, because he asks me what's going on, like I am really supposed to know. I just barely got our American sports down! lol Sachin seems like he must be just about the best Cricket player that ever lived, maybe he'll start coaching.

    God send him down just for playing cricket.Dont keep him outside the team for Rest.Make Use of him till he is there.Bcoz if the time passed away. U will miss him.But he cant come. Let him play all the matches as possible as he can.I think he has couple of years left in him. Right Now India is Playing Well, But there is no other player to replace his place.Let him Play. Dont Disturb him.If he plays for 3 years from now.He will make 50 tons in both formats of the game. We r glad to watch him. -imran (Dil Se..)
