Sahastrar Chakra - Spiritual Meditation
Sahastrar Chakra is the last Chakra in the progress of spiritual mediation, sadhaka activates.
If I say it is not a Body Chakra, I may not by wrong. The Sahasrara Chakra is not connected with a direct link to the body. Also it is not a source for energy to the physical body.
As said above, the Chakra is beyond realm of normal human understanding, it is not so easily explained in words. The deep understanding of sanskrit scriptures and guru's guidance is necessary to understand it. Awakening of it opens up what is beyond the physical body. The chakra is beyond conception of the human knowledge. It is to be perceived, and not to understand by just reading of books and listening to saints.
I bow with respect to R. VenuGopalan, the way it is explained in his book Soul Searches The Hidden Mysteries of Kundalini. The knowledge here is a result of my pursuance of Sadhan in Guidance of Parm Pujya Sudhanshuji Maharaj.
