I've noticed that there are also other things that might concern other people. There had been frequent paper jams on the machine. To fix it, I have to remove the paper slowly. Often, the Samsung printer produces a high-pitched sound that gets annoying.

The Samsung printer is designed for only black prints. This may be a minus to some people, but they should think about their need for color prints. How often does anybody really need a color printout? The Samsung SCX 4521 printer is convenient as it is handy to have in the family.
