For years now organizations like the CIF and MOA have given the youth of San Diego County support through providing very reasonable cost for the time and dedication of very few men and women who officiate at the youth sporting events. These men and women sacrifice their time on and off the field to learn the rules and how to hold a fair and un-bias game.
