Sandra Bullock on Blu Ray! Congratulations Sandra on being the only person to pick up a Razzie and an Oscar the same year. I knew you had an Oscar in you, ever since I saw your brilliant performance in the Demolition Man. Critics were not always charitable to Sandra, but I thought that she did an incredible job playing a ditzy cop in the 21st century, totally politically correct San Angeles. Playing a comedic role and making it credible is a lot more difficult than most people imagine. Yet she pulled if off birlliantly.

Sandra Bullock continues her charitable work, with the latest donation of $1 million to help Japan after the terrible earthquake and tsunami.
Way to go Sandra!

Sandra - Not Just a Comedic Actress

She sollidified her comedic credentials withe the American Comedy Awards for Miss Congeniality and While You Were Sleeping . Gutsy that she is, she personally showed up to pick up a Razzie for "All About Steve" . Yet her Oscar role in The Blind SIde was not a comedic one - that shows the depth of her skill and interests. In addition to being an actress, she is also a producer ( "MIss Congeniality" comes to mind), a writer ( "Making Sandwiches") and even a performer ( "The Proposal").

Sadly, her Oscar triumph was marred by the persistent rumors that her husband, Jesse James, was having an affair with a tattoo model - Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee. Apparently he told her that he and Sandra were separated.
Michelle McGee claimed she would not have gotten involved with him if she believed that the marriage was still intact. Well... rumors or not, I am sure it took a lot of fun out of getting an Oscar. Sorry Sandra, but I am sure you will get over him. You deserve better!
