The Sarasota Association of Realtors® filed an ethics lawsuit against one of their own upstanding members for jealous and envious reasons.
They basically just held up his business at gun point. This is his own Association that he is a dues paying member of.

Since The Association Does Not Compete Against You, They Should Be Happy. But Those Board Members Do Sell Real Estate, These Greedy Envious People Decided To Attack One Of Their Own.

This whole mess is supposedly because Marc had MLS in his domain name that he purchased 5 years ago, after checking with the National Association of Realtors®, the Florida Association and reading this article published in Realtor Magazine that advocated using MLS in your domain name. This should really frost your A--.

If you have read through much of this by now you are most likely unhappy about the way the greedy and envious Board of Directors and Officers of the Sarasota Association of Realtors® has treated one of their own members. Especially after they lost their court case in which they filed Ethics charges against Marc. In my opinion those members that voted against Marc because they simply can not compete with him are Low Lifes. I have put together something that expresses my feelings and opinions of those members of his own board that voted against him. Turn on your speakers.
