    Sarasota has excellent beaches. It's a bit too much of a quiet town for me though. Where I live it's roughly the same sort of suburban, relaxed sort of lifestyle. The family goes on picnics and to the farmers market on the weekend. We try to attend cultural events etc.

    I lived in Sarasota for 13 years and I miss it so much. There were so many things to do and see. I loved the drum circle on Siesta Key Beach. Great lens!

    The Birmingham (AL) Museum of Art is the best free thing to do in my city! The museum even has free parking for museum visitors.
