    These savory sweet potatoes sound absolutely delicious...great combo of ingredients.     My nephew has this disease, Type 1 juvenile diabetes but he is coping.
    We all watch out for him.
    Families are on a constant state of vigilance all day and all night long.
    Hopefully, this dreaded disease can be eradicated forever someday soon.

    I agree - roasting brings out the natural sugars in vegetables. A great way to enjoy sweet potatoes. I'm adding this to my lensroll for Cooking Turkey. Thanks for sharing!

    I really, really like sweet potatoes. Where I live, these tuberous roots are called kumara. I throw them on the BBQ at least 3 times a week in summer and, in winter, bake them in various ways. I like them mashed, grated into cakes and my children ate them boiled with butternuts when they were small

    I love the recipe and am going to try this....I never thought of using rosemary with sweet potato, but it sounds delicious!
