Scrapbooking is fun

I'm making this page about Scrapbooking because I think it's a great way to "create" something. It's fun, artistic, and a great time waster. I can't believe I didn't start doing it sooner than I did.

I started scrapbooking about 5 years ago. Right after my son had been born. My sister-in-law was doing it and she seemed to enjoy it immensely, so I gave it a try. I liked it too. I think it's a great hobby to start.

You can scrapbook about anything you like. Your kid's school days, your pets, how the seasons change, or holidays. You're only limited by your budget and your imagination.

This is what I do

When I start a new scrapbook, I go in with an album, some papers, a cutter, some pictures, and a vague idea of what the scrapbook is going to be about. I don't create the whole book in my head before I begin or anything like that. I go page by page and watch it develop as I go along. I look at a page when I've got the original layout on it, then decide if I want to keep the layout or change it. That's it! That's how I scrapbook.
