The Best Religion in the World Without Being a Religion

There are a lot of people in this world and with all those people comes a lot of different options when it comes to religion. Religions are not bad I want to make clear that I am not damning any religion. Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Muslim, and the list goes, all these religions have been around for years some thousands of years. Then you have the religions that have branched off and become their own religion with slight differences from the original. Then you have religions that start up because someone says they know something more than the next person and that what they believe is better.
I like aspects of some religions and there are aspects that a lot of religions actually share with each other. For example, you shouldn't steal, it is morally wrong the same goes for rape and murder. No one should do those things and no religion should condone them. However, it has been my experience that religions have often times become the source of such bad things as hate. Just recently, a bill was passed in California that denied gays the right to be married. Large amounts of money came from churches in order to get the bill passed.
Why does it matter if the people are the same sex? The simple answer from the people of the churches was God said marriage is between a man and a woman. If you sit down and think about that statement it doesn't even make sense. So god created everything, right? So than he created gays, right? No, its a choice, well then God game them that the ability to make that choice, right? Either way it is who they are.
I do not care who is or who isn't gay. I do not care if that is how they were born or if they made the decision to be gay. The fact of the matter is they are still human and deserve the same rights as everyone else.
I use the gay example because it is easy to understand how some religions can actually hurt people. In other parts of the country we have wars going on based solely on religious differences. Here in The United States we have religions like Scientology being scrutinized by all kinds of other religions because of the way they believe.
Churches do a lot of good for our communities and some people just need to be a part of an organization that believes in God so they can sleep at night. Some people were raised religious and it is all they know.
What I can not stand though, is people that spend their whole day at church on Sunday and or Saturday, Tuesday, any day and speak about how God wants and says all these things and you shouldn't drink caffeine or swear and on and on. Then you know what a lot of those people do once they get out of church, they swear, and drink, and steal, their dishonest, they cheat, they get divorced. How can you be so devoted to something and just disregard it all of once your outside the church.
Its funny how gays can not be married because god say's it is between a man and a woman but a man can be married to multiple women if it were legal and they can divorce and do it again over and over.
All this talk about religions bring me to my main point which is the start of something new and different unlike anything else. I call it Seanism, it is simply my name Sean ended with ism so it flows out of the mouth well. Seanism is a way of thinking about life. It could be in the category of religion, but I do not classify it as a religion more of a state of mind. Like many religions, Seanism there is no murder, rape, stealing or cheating. We believe in being friendly to everyone and they old saying works treat others how you would like to be treated. However this is were everything else differs, the question of a creator does not matter. Maybe there is a God or more, but we will never know so don't worry about it. The way I feel is you are born with a set of morals and core fibers that tells you what is wrong and right. We respect ALL life, but worship nothing. We do not care what happens to you when you die, because there is no point in worrying about something that is out of your control. Have a party when someone does and celebrate their life on Earth, there is no need for a funeral with a casket and grave stone. Seanism followers enjoy life and cherish every moment. We do not worry about things out of our control, but do everything in our power to make our lives and others better. There is no church to go to on Sunday, because you should be acting the same way everyday. There are no donations unless you want to give me money because I do not have a whole lot. Seanism is just being a good person without having the need to give money or spend time doing something that quit frankly you would rather be wanting to do something else with your time. Just remember this, how can any one religion be the right one? There are so many different religions that someone has to be wrong and no one might even be right. Seanism is a safe alternative that you can be proud to be a part of.

This is a legitimate way of thinking and way of life. Do not get this confused with others trying to use the name Seanism. I have been a part of Seanism for 10 years and many people have become apart of it.
