Keep in mind that local ordinance and your insurance company require that certain work be performed by licensed individuals. Don't take a chance with this, even if your handyman can do it, don't let them.

Here are the things that I DON'T DO primarily due to licensing requirements:

1) Major Plumbing

2) Major Electrical work

3) HVAC

4) Painting: No license required I'm just not set up for major painting, in this case I can recommend someone that can assist you however I will make your space paint ready....
