Gamer's unite for discussions, information, and product reviews. No topic is off limits.

This lens will mainly feature information, product reviews, and discussions geared towards gamers all over the planet. That doesn't mean "WE" won't drift into the woods on other information completely unrelated to the gaming world. That's the beauty of this blog - there are NO boundaries.

This lens will feature a little bit of everything. There is no topic off limits and together WE shall leave no stone unturned. This lens was created for the people by the people....and no, I'm not a member of Congress.

Second Life Dominates The Virtual World

Most computer users have at least heard about the virtual world Second Life inhabited by millions of people from all over the planet. My wife loves it and brags about how much Linden Dollars she makes planning weddings and being a photographer. She really enjoys the game and has met some really neat people over the last year.

What I didn't realize was how much actual money is tied up in this virtual role playing game. The Marketplace handles millions of U.S. currency and the commerce within the game is fueled by the Linden Dollar which can actually be converted to real money. There's plenty of money to be made but you have to know the in's and out's.
