Expanding your limits.
Interesting...did you know that we limit our potential everyday. It's time to break free from those limitations that we place on ourselves AND others. We are created in a world of abundance and its time to remove the barriers that are holding that abundance back.
One of those keys to breaking those limitations is found in the secret power of Goal Setting. That's right ...Goal Setting. I know..I know...that's not a secret. You're right...goal setting has been around since the beginning of time, but herein lies the key....
- Are YOU applying the power of Goal Setting in your life?
- Do you have clearly defined, written down goals to help you crystalize your thinking?
- Do you have a plan of action to accomplish those goals?
- How about a list of possible obstacles and the solutions to overcoming them?
- Are your goals targeting all areas of your life, not just the financial realm?
YOu see, we need to set goals in all 6 areas of our life so that we my live life to the fullest.Goals need to be set in:
- Family and Home
- Financial and Career
- Spiritual and Ethical
- Physical and Health
- Social and Cultural
- Mental and Educational

Breaking Free
or No Limits!
Welcome to the continuing session on the secret (or not so secret) of Goal Setting.
I realize that my previous entry is somewhat of a misnomer - "Expanding your limits". I really don't want you to take any limits that you may have currently placed yourself in and EXPAND them. Noooo...I want you to take the lid off your limitations and break free.
- break the 2 minute mile...
- break the sound barrier...
- break free from the gravitational pull...
you get the picture?
In reality, there should be no limits as you live in a limitless universe. The limits in your life are those that you create. You need to break free from the "I can't" to a "I can" attitude. As soon as you say "I can't imagine that?", then guess what, you probably won't ever have that.
You see, one of the keys to achieving the things you want in life is held in your IMAGINATION. If you can visualize it and conceive it, then you can receive it. Just like the DVD "The Secret" states, you not only think about the things you want to change in your life, but you need to speak them and imagine them and feel them, basically exercising as many of your natural 5 senses as possible. The more you incorporate your 5 senses the more you put into action the Laws of Attraction.
If you haven't done so yet, get you a Vision Board (a piece of cork board from Wal-mart or somewhere) so that you can start visualizing the life you desire. Find those images of the home you want, the car you desire, the relationship you always wanted. Make a list of the qualities and character of the person you desire to be with, you will be amazed at what will happen in your life.
An interesting book that I came across many years ago that you might want to check out is called "The Forth Dimension" by David Yonggi Cho.
