Serrano Del Vista is nestled between two mountain ranges, and many of the homes have wonderful views. In Winter these views are spectacular of the snow capped mountains.

I made this Virtual tour to show you what the community has to offer, and hopefully give you a feel of the amenities the community has to offer. Besides the Clubhouse, Pool and Jacuzzi there are also tennis courts. Your association fees pay for the Cable and fire insurance on your home (structure only).
We all know that the Country has been hit hard by this recession, and unfortunately, Serrano Del Vista wasn't immune. There have been a few foreclosures, and some short sales (the seller selling for less than they owe if the Bank will accept an Owners hardship). Current buyers in the community are getting the Homes for around 47% (or more) less than the current owner paid.

- I am considering this community and Sun Lakes CC, Banning to move into,
Does SerranoDel Vista have the many clubs like Sun Lakes in their clubhouse. There
is no info on the clubhouse on this site. Thank you.
