Sesame Street Animation...one photo at a time.
Stop-motion animation, also known as stop-action or frame-by-frame, is the method of animation whereas photos are taken of a scene in succession with slight changes made to the scene between each shot. Sesame Street used this method to bring to us an amazing, free moving, and sometimes psychedelic world.

- Sand letters. Stop motion animation of letters by pushing around sand on a sheet of glass backlit, usually set to banjo music. Loved that technique, but can't find but one version of it.
