Shane Thomas Biography
Shane Thomas is an artist currently working in his home state of Colorado, nestled at the foot of Pikes Peak. He is primarily an oil painter, although he also enjoys watercolor, charcoal and sculpture.
His main subject matter is people. While attending art school in Philadelphia, his friends took to describing him as a post-modern romantic realist.
He has studied with Eric Bransby and Sparky Lebold, and also had the opportunity to take a short class from Glenn Vilppu. He was then accepted into the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia. He completed four years of education there in the spring of 2000.
