After searching for a long time, I found the guitar tabs and piano score for Falling Slowly. These are both done by individuals - Marketa claims that she never puts her music to paper so it may never be available officially.
I have links for two different guitar interpretations - try them both. If the links don't work, message me and I will link to new sources.

- The copy at Sheetor.com is the actual music from the song. However I cannot get the bit before the chorus (Games that never amount etc) to sound right.
