Many people just do not bother to look in to the basics and just splurge their money in a vast villa. Many people scoff at rentals and think that these types of villas are just for the commoners. This is a misnomer and one can find many rich people staying in leased abodes. The entire villa is like a huge family and that in itself presents you with a great scope. There might be people staying in the same complex who might have common business interests and they might provide you with additional avenues for earning money. The biggest and most important factor is security. If you have got your own villa, you have to take care of security all by yourself and that too costs a fortune. You end up paying security costs for the 20 rooms while you are using just two of them.
