Great lens - I can see the makings of a book here: "proper eating for the modern caveman".

    Cheers.

Wonderful information. I very strongly agree that the majority of our health issues are strongly linked to modern day diet. I wish I would have realized this many years ago.

My son is on the Paleo diet and looks and feels fantastic. I now have the book and intend to read it and try it. Excellent lens! Different from my lens but still health related. http://www.squidoo.com/disney-world-for-diabetics

An interesting lens. Thank you. I'd never heard of the Caveman diet before - and as a vegetarian - am not quite sure how well it would work for veggies. But I've taken away some principles - reduce potatoes, grains and alcohol.

Whatever it's called, going back to basics in our diet and leaving out all the processed food would make such a huge difference in our weight and overall health. Thanks for the very comprehensive information you've presented here, Carmel!
