Signs of being pregnant

Hi everybody..

I had my second child a beautiful 1-year-old girl quite unexpected. Even though she is my second child I had a hard time discerning whether I was pregnant or not at the time. That's the reason why I made this lens. To help people see the Signs of being pregnant.

Signs of being pregnant

Signs of being pregnant

There are various signs of being pregnant, and they vary from person to person. You can be one of the lucky ones, who don't experience morning sickness, for example.
Morning sickness is one of the most common ones, though, and it is one that most women will experience. So don't bet on missing that sign of being pregnant!

Missing a period

While being one of the most common signs of being pregnant, you also have to be careful with this symptom. It can often be caused by an unrelated factor, such as stress, or coming off of a contraceptive pill.

Increased tenderness of the breasts.

Your breasts get ready for breastfeeding very early on in the pregnancy. As soon as a few days after conception, you may begin to feel increased tenderness or size of your breasts. However, this sign of being pregnant often disappears a few weeks after conception.

Morning sickness

Out of all of the signs of being pregnant, this is the one that haunts women the most. Morning sickness creates a strong nauseating feeling, and often leads to vomiting. However, some women are actually lucky enough to go without this symptom. So don't exclude being pregnant just because you are not suffering from morning sickness.

Feeling tired

Fatigue can also be a symptom of pregnancy, but it can also be created by a ton of other factors, so don't conclude anything based on this alone.

Darkening of the areola

At any time during your pregnancy, your areola may begin to darken. Commonly, this isn't because of another cause, so you should consider this a strong sign of being pregnant.

Increase in urination frequency

When you get pregnant, your uterus starts to rise up into the abdomen. This provides more pressure on your bladder, which actually physically reduces its size. This causes you to urinate more frequently, and is by far one of the most irritating signs of being pregnant.

Cravings for food

A typical symptom portrayed on TV is where the pregnant woman gets desperate for a certain type of food, and is also able to eat a ton of other food. You might also experience a change of taste, where some food starts to taste metallic. Don't be surprised if you experience these signs of being pregnant, as they are very common.

This handbook provides a solid foundation for getting pregnant. Very handy if you and your partner are having trouble with conception.

This handbook provides some of the same information as the one above. However, I feel that the above listed one is a more comprehensive guide than this.
