- I am a HUGE fan of the Silva Method and have been using the online courses put out by Jose Silva's daughter Laura Silva Quesada. These courses are life changing. Thanks for spreading the word.

- I have never tried it. It might be something to research and get into for the New Year. Irregardless, this was a great lens. Both informative and interesting.

- I certainly recommend you look into, and evaluate, The Silva Method. You might want to look into other methods of Mental Programming as well.
