I began Silver Lotus while living in Kathmandu, Nepal, where I fell in love with the extraordinary jewelry handcrafted by artisans using traditional tools, techniques, and materials. Because of the political turmoil in Nepal, my family and I returned to the USA, but we remain deeply connected to Nepal (we have family and friends there) and to promoting the craft and culture of this extraordinary and beautiful Himalayan country. This lens is part of that effort.

At Silver Lotus you'll find handmade sterling silver jewelry of Tibet, Nepal, and the Himalayas. This includes handcrafted bracelets, earrings, necklaces, rings, pins, and beaded and gemstone jewelry crafted by artisans using traditional tools and techniques.
