Gym Excercises For Gynecomastia!
Seated chest press - you are sitting with your back against the machine and pushing the weights right out in front of you, then you slowly release and return it back.
Cable crossovers - another great exercise to work the chest area and it involves using the pulley station. Simply attach the handles to both sides of the pulley station and stand in front of it with your arms stretched out at shoulder level, a handle in each hand. Then gradually bring your hands in front of you and cross them over. Slowly move the hands back outwards towards the starting position.
Incline Flyes - Sit on the inciline bench at 45 degrees angle, one dumblle in every hand. Slowly bring your hands up above you and then slowly return them down to the sides only untill the shoulders level. It's very hard and very effective excercise!
Bench press - classick, simple and also the best exercise for the chest. Lie down on your back on the bench, and slowly puch the barbel up to the air! WARNING: It's very important that someone will stand near you in case you need some help!

Walking - if you are totally out of shape you should start with simple walks to short distances like 1.5 - 2 miles, 3 times a week. Many people use walking just to get started and after short time they are moving to jogging.
