Site Neighbors - A great place to get backlinks for your lenses
Site Neighbors has been around for almost a year now providing me with successful backlinks for lenses over the same period of time.
How does Site Neighbors work?
Site Neighbors collects information such as referrer info and search terms that brought visitors to your site. It then uses this information to group your site or blog with other similar sites, not backlinks or search terms. Sites that match your site the best according to their algorithm are grouped into your neighborhood. So if you have a blog about finance or money, eventually your neighbors will reflect this so you will not be grouped with sites about pets.
Sites are not hampered by the amount of links coming into your site, so this concept works well for new sites as well as established ones.
Unfortunately, with the demise of Iframes, the code will not be allowed in a lens anymore. You can still add your site to be grouped with other similar sites by the keywords you choose. As I said earlier, the backlink from a PR 4 site is worth it.
