About the "Skinny Bitch Diet"

The "Skinny Bitch Diet" started flying off the shelves in book stores around the nation, when famous star Victoria Beckham was spotted toting it around.

The book was written by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin. Two best friends proud to call themselves "Skinny Bitches"

But what does this "diet" really entail?

What does it take to be a "Skinny Bitch"? 

This book is a very strict Vegan diet. Which means no junk, of any sort. So you can kiss that steak and wine good-bye!


This includes:

*No Alcohol.
*No Chemical additives.
*No Caffeine.
*No Diary (Cheese, Eggs, Milk)
*No Meat. (yes, all you vegetarians that includes fish)
*No Refined Sugars (Splenda, ect..)



Not only is it very strict on what foods you can and cannot eat.

They claim that soda is the "Liquid Devil", and that "Meat makes you fat" and is "Dead, Rotting, Decomposing Flesh" All in a very rude manner, even using profanity.

So.. What's the harm? 

In the recent years studies have shown that this strict Vegan diet, such as the "Skinny Bitch Diet", can cause severe health side effects if used for longer than 1 year! These studies have found an entire pyramid of problems associated with this diet.

Such as:

*Alzheimer's
*Cancer
*Brain Damage
*Immune Disorders
*Testosterone Reduction in Males
*Fertility Issues in Women
*Anemia
*Brittle Hair
*Terrible Gas



That's some serious complications just to lose some pounds if you ask me! These extreme so-called "diets" replace many of the nutrients with Soy, the main problem of this harmful "diet".

Yes! There's even more extreme caution of this so-called "diet". These two "Skinny Bitches" are basically having you pay for a PETA pamphlet, this is NOT a diet. If you do take part in this, I highly suggest you're under strict super vision from your doctor.

You will be lacking many of the nutrients our bodies need and crave. Such as:


*Omega-3's (Fatty Acids)
*B-12
*Riboflavin
*Zinc
*Iron
*Protein

This is especially dangerous for:

*Pregnant Woman
*Nursing Mothers
*Infants
*Children
*Teenagers
*Any Adult who's been doing this for over 1 year.



You need a healthy diet.

Do YOU want a Healthy Lifestyle? 

Do YOU or someone you know want a healthy diet? A diet that doesn't require careful planning to get the nutrients you need? A Diet where YOU control what you eat, without all these long-term health problems hanging over-head?

I learned from experience... Take it from me. I went Vegan for about 5 months. After those 5 months, I had to quit this "diet", for health reasons. I had no energy, no strength, I became anemic, AND my hair started to fall out, along with excruciating migraines.

Veganism is merely a Fad Diet, sure you lose weight the first few days, but you gain it back. Stop yo-yo'ing around and take control of your life, the healthy way.
