    I used to do some stretching at my desk and I took a walk at lunch whenever possible. Definitely good ideas.

    very good to walk after lunch, please do remember not to take too much carbohydrate, but eat more vegetables and fish and also not overeat, that will help you not to be sleepy and at the same time not gain weight.
